Attended for cryotherapy today with Chetna. She was professional, thorough, and provided clear explanations throughout the consultation. As a patient with diabetes, appropriate care and attention were given to foot assessment and treatment. The appointment was well organised and conducted to a high standard. I visited Medicare Direct for shoulder pain that developed from gym workouts or playing badminton. From beginning to end, their care was exceptional—far beyond what we typically experience with the NHS. The physiotherapists at Medicare used resistance bands, cupping, TENS therapy, and a massage gun as part of my treatment. They also taught me a variety of exercises to follow at home. This combination has significantly reduced my pain. I was treated by two different physiotherapists, both of whom were very helpful.
