Appointment Booking

Appointment booking

Booking an appointment with us is easy! You can schedule an appointment by calling, emailing, or sending us a WhatsApp message.

Please bring your ID, any relevant medical records or test results, and a list of your current medications to ensure that our doctors have all the necessary information to provide you with the best care possible.

Yes, we accept walk-ins, but please be aware that wait times may vary depending on the time of day.

Our standard appointments are 15 minutes, which is usually enough time for most health concerns. If you need more time, we also offer 30-minute appointments.

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment time. However, if you need to reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment or 48 hours for nurse services and health screens, you may lose any pre-payment costs. If you need to cancel your appointment, you can do so up to 24 hours before your appointment time and receive a refund minus a small administrative fee.

Yes! We offer same-day telephone/video GP appointments, as well as video consultations for patients who prefer to consult with a doctor remotely. If a face-to-face appointment is necessary, we can also accommodate that.

Our membership fee starts at just £5 per month, and includes access to a range of free facilities such as health screenings and consultations.

Yes, Patients are welcome to bring a friend or family member to their appointment if they wish. However, please note that for certain procedures or consultations, we may require the patient to be alone with the doctor.

Yes! We offer home visits for patients who are unable to visit our clinics due to medical reasons. Please contact us to arrange a home visit appointment.

Payments

While we do not currently accept insurance, we offer affordable pricing and a range of payment options, including cash, card payments, and bank transfers, to ensure that healthcare is accessible for everyone. Please note that payment is due at the time of the appointment.
